Founder & Owner of Matos LeBron Consulting
Kareana Matos LeBron is a passionate and purpose-driven leader with a strong foundation in both logistics and social work. She is the visionary behind Matos LeBron Consulting, a firm committed to motivating change, leading solutions, and cultivating success for businesses, organizations, and communities across the United States.
Her professional journey began in logistics, and in 2022, she officially launched her business, initially focusing on that industry. However, as her career evolved and her expertise in social work deepened, so did her mission. Drawing on her education and passion for helping others, she expanded Matos LeBron Consulting into a full-scale consulting firm offering services in organizational development, policy consulting, and social work support.
Kareana holds degrees from three distinguished institutions:
• Associate Degree – Santa Fe College (Gainesville, FL)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work – Florida A&M University (Tallahassee, FL)
• Master’s Degree in Social Work – University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa, AL)
Since 2021, she has worked extensively in the social work field, particularly in substance abuse, mental health, and dual diagnosis. Her experience includes working with individuals and families facing a range of behavioral health challenges, and she has served in various roles across hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide. Her specialty in temporary and short-term placements has made her a valuable asset to many organizations looking to bridge gaps in care and services.
In addition to her clinical and consulting work, Kareana has also collaborated with nonprofit organizations, helping them develop, structure, and implement foundational systems to support their missions and long-term sustainability.
With her deep knowledge of human services and her strategic mindset, Kareana leads Matos LeBron Consulting with integrity, compassion, and a bold vision for empowering others. She is committed to building stronger organizations, supporting community initiatives, and giving back through education, including launching student grants for colleges she attended.
